Board & committees

The Green Mountain Phase 1 Homeowners Association is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors and supported by homeowner committees. Together, they help guide community operations, establish policies, and support long-term planning for the neighborhood.

The Board is responsible for governance and decision-making on behalf of the Association, while committees assist by focusing on specific areas such as architectural review, landscaping, and community support.
