This page provides guidance on how to contact the Association, submit requests, and find answers to common questions. Directing requests to the appropriate resource helps ensure timely and efficient responses.
How to Get Help
Homeowners are encouraged to review the resources available on this website before submitting a request. Many common questions are addressed through the HOA Education materials, governing documents, and posted policies.
For issues that require assistance, the options below can help direct your request.
Common Requests
The following are common reasons homeowners contact the Association. Reviewing available resources first may help answer questions more quickly.
- Architectural review (ARC) applications
- Questions about rules, policies, or procedures
- General homeowner questions or concerns
- Amenity or facility-related issues
Submitting a Request
Requests that require action or review must be submitted through the Association’s management platform. Using the management portal ensures requests are properly documented, tracked, and routed to the appropriate party.
Homeowners should submit requests using the AMS homeowner portal. Requests submitted outside of the portal may experience delays or may not be reviewed.
Once submitted, requests are routed as follows:
Management Company (AMS) – Receives and processes all homeowner requests and inquiries
Board of Directors – Reviews governance matters, policy questions, and items requiring Board consideration
Architectural Review Committee (ARC) – Architectural change requests are reviewed by the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) in accordance with the Association’s governing documents.
Board vs Management
The Association’s management company assists with day-to-day operations and administrative matters. The Board of Directors focuses on governance, policy, and long-term planning.
Directing requests appropriately helps avoid delays and ensures timely responses.
Requests submitted using the appropriate process help ensure consistent handling and timely review.
Response Expectations
Response times may vary depending on the nature of the request. While urgent matters are addressed as quickly as possible, some requests may require additional review or discussion.
Homeowners are encouraged to allow reasonable time for review and response.
