Association Structure
The Association is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors elected by the membership. The Board is responsible for overseeing operations, enforcing governing documents, managing finances, and making decisions in properly noticed meetings.

How Decisions are made
All Association decisions are made by the Board of Directors acting as a body during properly noticed meetings. Individual Board members do not have authority to make decisions on behalf of the Association outside of this process.
