Types of Association Meetings

Board of Directors Meetings

Board meetings are held to conduct Association business, review committee recommendations, and make decisions on behalf of the Association. Homeowners are welcome to attend, except when executive session is permitted by law.

Annual Meeting of the Members

The Annual Meeting includes the election of Directors and other matters requiring a vote of the membership, as outlined in the Association’s governing documents.
