Reserve Information

Reserve information supports long-term planning for the repair and replacement of major Association assets. Reserve studies help the Association evaluate future funding needs and plan responsibly over time.

Reserve studies and related materials are provided for homeowner reference and are reviewed by the Board of Directors as part of the Association’s long-term financial planning process.

Reserve studies are typically conducted on a multi-year cycle. A full on-site (“boots on the ground”) reserve study is generally performed every three years, with interim updates completed in the following years to reflect changes, project status, and financial assumptions.

The Board of Directors reviews reserve information as part of its ongoing long-term planning process.
